We just celebrated Thanksgiving with our 2 families: on Wednesday we spent the evening with Alan's family in Columbus at his sister Paula's home. We got to see family we only see once a year, including Alan's Aunt Charlotte, who now lives in Wisconsin. She is Clark's older sister. We also got to see Clark (Alan's dad) and both of his sisters and their kids. The food was great and the company was even finer. On Thursday the boys and I went to PA to celebrate another Thanksgiving meal with my family at my cousin Denise's house. We also got to see once-a-year family. We'd see them more if we were able to get to PA for Christmas Day as well as the June family reunion. It just seems like it doesn't get to work out. By the time we got to PA my camera's batteries ran out, so I have no pictures. Shout out to any family who took pics...please send me pictures from Thanksgiving!
While in Pittsburgh we saw "Enchanted" (cute movie..highly recommended: Patrick Dempsey is so HOT!), put up Mom's Christmas decorations, ate at Primanti's and watched Wild Hogs (another funny movie.) I got to spend some time with my brothers and sister Madonna. Colin got to hang out with Zack for 2 days. He had a great time.
So now we're home back to real life and 4 weeks of school before Christmas.
